EU Space Act proposal The EU Space Act proposal (COM(2025) 335) would require end-of-life disposal (Art. 70(1)(c)) but sets no LEO lifetime figure itself; it leaves the maximum to an implementing act (Annex V point 3.4.2) and does not refer to ISO 24113.
