The Seven Types

SCO - Spacecraft Operator

Command and control of spacecraft in orbit.

LO - Launch Operator

Conducting launch activities.

LSO - Launch Site Operator

Managing launch facilities.

ISOS - In-Space Service Operator

Providing services to other spacecraft in orbit.

CAP - Collision Avoidance Provider

Providing conjunction assessment and avoidance services.

PDP - Positional Data Provider

Providing space object tracking data.

TCO - Third Country Operator

Non-EU operator under EU jurisdiction.
