Not the law

COM(2025) 335 is a proposal

Capabilities

What Caelex Comply can do.

01

Spine assessment

One wizard, two depths — quick (anonymous) or full (saved). Obligation clusters with cited bases. No fabricated score.

02

Operator classification

SCO, LO, LSO, ISOS, CAP, PDP, TCO themes from the proposed EU Space Act — plus other roles the wizard asks. Not “only seven roles.”

03

Fourteen modules

Authorization through US regulatory on the public module map. Not fifteen. Not invented certifications.

04

Dashboards

Today inbox, module workspaces, evidence and supervision views — after you have an account. Not a public live dashboard.

05

National space laws

Ten European jurisdictions used for comparison and national-law engines. Depth is labelled in product.

06

Honesty by design

COM(2025) 335 stays a proposal. Unknown stays unknown. Software is not legal advice and does not grant clearance.

Positioning

Built for operators — not for a score, a dump, or a fake certificate.

  • Versus a compliance score

Spine has no overall score. Cluster verdicts and open items stay visible. A single percentage would hide the map.

  • Versus generic GRC

Generic GRC tracks tasks. Comply is space-native — national space laws, NIS2, and proposed EU Space Act themes.

  • Versus Atlas

Atlas is the counsel practice workspace. Comply is operator regulatory command. Same company, different seat.

  • Versus Passage

Passage is export control — classify, screen, document. Comply surfaces an export nexus; the officer stays in Passage.

Operators run Caelex Comply. Counsel runs Atlas. Export officers run Passage.

Caelex Comply — questions operators ask

What is Caelex Comply?
Caelex Comply is the operator regulatory workspace: a two-tier Spine assessment, 14 named compliance modules, and dashboards for obligation tracking. It is not a counsel desk (that is Atlas) and not export clearance (that is Passage). Software is not legal advice.
Does the assessment give an overall score?
No. The Spine wizard is two tiers — a public quick check and an account-gated full assessment. Results are obligation-cluster verdicts. There is no 0–100 overall score.
Does Comply cover the EU Space Act?
Yes — as preparation against the proposed EU Space Act (COM(2025) 335). The act is not yet in force. Operators should plan against the proposal without treating it as binding.
Is the window on the Comply product page a live dashboard?
No. Each section is an illustrative composition — no auth, no live data. Start at caelex.eu/assessment. Existing users sign in at caelex.eu/login.
