Insurance & Liability
No statutory amount: the application includes a risk assessment and states how the risks are covered — own funds, or insurance or a guarantee from an insurer or credit institution outside the operator's group — and authorisation requires financial resources appropriate to the risks (Law of 15 December 2020, Art. 6(4)). There is no State indemnification scheme.
