Archive of prior Caelex Terms editions
Each edition of the Caelex Terms is retained for at least ten years after it ceases to apply (Terms § 35). Customers receive an e-mail confirmation of the edition in force at contract formation; the editions listed here may additionally be requested.
The German version at /legal/terms/archive is the legally binding text. This English version is a convenience translation. In the event of conflict, the German text prevails.
